Mining Planning and Technical Delivery Across the Project Lifecycle

Minvest delivers senior-level mining planning and technical work across the full project lifecycle, from early development through feasibility, execution support and operational review. Our mining services are delivered in alignment with internationally recognised reporting frameworks, including JORC (2012) and NI 43-101, ensuring that mine planning and economic outputs are consistent with resource and reserve reporting expectations.

All mining work is led by professionals with direct operational backgrounds, bringing first-hand experience from mine planning, production and project execution environments. This operational grounding enables Minvest to rapidly identify the disconnects that frequently arise between study assumptions and real-world mine performance and to develop technically sound, practical solutions that can be implemented under operating conditions.

Our role extends beyond advisory. We prepare, evaluate and take responsibility for mining plans, production schedules, development strategies and economic analyses that materially influence project value, capital allocation and long-term viability. These outputs are designed to support PFS and DFS-level decision-making, reserve conversion processes and investment-critical evaluations under JORC and NI 43-101 disclosure frameworks.

Minvest supports investors and mine owners by clarifying how mine designs, sequencing, production rates and cost structures affect risk, schedule and value whether those assumptions can withstand technical, financial and institutional scrutiny.
